Windows 10 upgrade problem

My laptop "auto-updated" to windows 10. I couldn't stop or prevent it. After it completed, my cdrom no longer works and defender will not install/run (security essential is running).
How can i I revert to 7? Or fix these issues?

Start , Settings, Update, Restore, Back to Previous build

Or you must leave you pc complete updatings and sync. Check your antivirus too, if necessary change it with another freeware (bitdefender it's extremely valid e.g.)
