    My phone screen hibernates anytime i dial a number or anytime i have a close contact with my phone screen.

    The phones have a proximity sensor near the front camera that you can see in bright light under the glass. This is designed to turn off the screen when you hold the phone to your ear to save battery and to prevent pressing screen buttons with your cheek.
