Why is my Windows update stuck at 0?

Why is my windows update just stuck at 0%

So I decided to enroll in the insider and I thought it was cool but when I get the prompt to update I did it and now it is stuck in the 0% is there another way to stop it or atleast let me restart the update?

Try a soft reset and retry
