    i was told by my mum to go to the file at the bottom of the screen and click on this computer and then double click on DVD drive you know the one with the disc and I want to whach my favourite film and now i cant so im kinda sad cos i have nothing else to whach it on

    Hi there -

    You can click on the Windows logo at the bottom left to pull up your start menu -> file explorer -> find the dvd on the left side of the file explorer.

    I'm not sure what format the dvd is, but that should get you in the right direction. Please let me know if you have any other questions!

    DVD playback was removed from Windows Media Player in 10.


    Try VLC player. It's free and supports tons of formats including DVD. VideoLAN - Download official VLC media player for Windows
