I wanted to select yes but touch is not working i also connected usb keybord but it also did'nt work.
Now i want to hard reset it but unable to hard reset it using volum+ power button or volume - power button or volume+ volume - and power button. Please help me by providing correct solution.

Re: unable to factory resetting

Normally it will say you can use the Volume up or Down button in lieu of the touch screen. I believe Volume up is yes and volume down is no. give it a try and see what happens.
