What happens with my battery?

Hello... Something happens with my battery... When i reset my phone, sometimes my battery lost about 10%... About 5 mins ago, my phone blocked. I did the soft reset, and phone lost about 22% (im not sure...but about 15% +).. What happens?

This usually happens with many though the percentage down is 3-5% while yours seems high. What kind of phone do you have and how long have you had it? Also, how are you monitoring the battery percentage?

I have Nokia Lumia 625... I had W8.1 about a 15 days ago, I ugraded to W10 via Win Insider... And, there's a problem... My battery isn't draining so fast, but sometimes it's a bit faster.
