    Anyhow, these are ALWAYS a scam popup. Dismiss it.

    It's definitely a pop-up that is usually seen while browsing. Its quite common. don't worry there is no need for a AV in windows mobile.

    for windows 10 on pc, you already have windows defender, an inbuilt defence. You have the option to purchase others if you like
