    I know there are various work around for using Intuit on Windows 10. Specifically related to using Internet Explorer rather than Edge.

    But if you really do want to revert back to Windows 8.1. You have several methods you can follow here: How to downgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 8.1 | Windows Central
