Messaging Everywhere and Windows 10

[Windows Central Question]

I upgraded my Lumia 822 to Windows 10 build 1511. I see that Messaging Everywhere should be available via the instructions below. However when I go to my phone, Settings / System / Messaging... the option below is not shown.

Am I missing something does the 822 not have this feature available?

To enable this:

- Make sure you are signed in with your Microsoft Account (MSA).
- On your phone ? make sure ?Send texts on all my Windows devices? is turned on.

Messaging everywhere is a feature that is new in Windows 10 Mobile 14xxx, which is currently under development. What you installed was the current public version 10586, which is the highest available to your 822 and does not have that feature.
