Can't get back to Windows 10 Mobile (Insider)

Hi,
Two months ago I had Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview on my Lumia 630, I had to roll back to Win 8.1 with the recovery tool and it went back to the 8.10.14234 version. Now, my problem is: I just can't update to the windows 10 insider version with de insider app... I set my phone to Insider Slow, it reboots and then it just can't find a new update... When I try to set my insider app to an alternative way like fast and etc it says that my phone is already checking for updates, but then, it just can't find any new updates...
I'm stuck with this...
I read something that I need a version from 14219 and below to update to windows 10 but the recovery tool only give me the 14234 version...
What can I do? I'm faded to live along with the 8.1 version??

Lumia 630 512MB cannot get W10M through insider anymore. There are other methods which allow you hack W10M on the 630 but it would not work as expected.

You could also try setting the ring to Release Preview.
