Why do I keep getting a message saying my laptop will restart & update but only restarts?

I started receiving the messages yesterday, around 5pm-ish. The first time I clicked the restart button in the message. Approx. 20 minutes latter, I got the same message. I closed the message, saved & exited what I was doing & hit restart & update from the power menu. I've done this at-least 5 times now, & I've just gotten the same message again. & I literally just restarted/updated 15-20 minutes ago!!!
