It appears to be related to the Intel HD Graphics drivers...
Here is a quick fix that would apply
only if you have a graphics card in PCIe slot to work off of for your display:
[Solved] Windows 10 BSOD with video_tdr_failure igdkmd64.sys | Virtualization blog | VMware ESXi, vSphere, DR, Windows 8, How-to, Lync <form action='/search' id='searchThis' method='get' style='display: inline;'><input id='searchBox' name='q' onblur= otherwise disabling the HD Graphics 4600 leaves you without a display and that is no good.
