Windows Phone 10 app to monitor Text Messages?

Can anyone recommend an app that monitors text messages? I just got my son a Lumia 650, and the FamilySafety app works pretty well overall, but I want some control or ability to monitor text messages (incoming and outgoing) and unfortunately FamilySafety does not address this.

Check with your carrier for their Family Safety programs... They may have a way for you to do this in browser.
