Recently MS update Ringtone maker app with windows 10 update but i am still on old wp8.1 app ( no update showing in store i m on w10m official latest built, India )
Can this update takes place region wise i.e
Which country will get first update and if i change my phone settings to US region can I get update of app fast or not like that.

Better first uninstall old app, and THEN fresh install the Win10 version by Store. Check for app directly, first, sometimes apps are in two versions

Uninstall again install but still wp8.1 version app.
