Screen Rotation Issue

So my 950xl will not rotate its screen. I downloaded an app to check that everything is working as far as the gyro and acceleromawhatever. All appears to be working except the screen rotation. The setting is not toggled and I did a soft reset as well. I noticed this yesterday after the ms health app updated but I also dropped my phone yesterday as well. There wasn't any external damage because of the case and it was around waste height. Any suggestions?

so apps such as mail or photos don't rotate automatically when you're in landscape?

Correct, nothing rotates.

You've done a soft reset so I can't suggest that. Maybe you can wait until the next software update comes out to fix it or do a hard reset to sort it out. Another option would be to take it a service centre
