I have a problem on my Microsoft camera it's crash why?????

I'm assuming you're running Windows Phone 8.1?

Try doing a soft reset, that often fixes camera issues on Windows Phone 8.1. In order to do a hard reset, simply hold down the power button for about 15 seconds, or until your phone vibrates and reboots itself.
