where are the attachements ?

from one contact i can never find the attachement, from all my other contacts attachements are no problem. I don't see the attachements at all. In Mozilla i can see those attachements but not open them, it is something weard with this contact, but since it is a very important contact i really want to recieve the attachements.

does the contact have a special kind of email address/domain? Not the usual @gmail or @live? It could be they have a company account and they have some limitations/restrictions
