since windows 10 update, i am not receiving hotmail email drops in my inbox

I need help locating my Hotmail emails? Why am I not getting email drops sent from me in my hot mail inbox? I can see the email in the sent box, However it does not drop in my inbox as usual prior to the Windows 10 update. Also my windows phone is not receiving emails in my Hotmail inbox.
