how to turn off narrator and high contrast in Microsoft lumia 535

I accidentally turn on narrator option and my new past fridaz buy phone become not for use but like manual watch constructor some can is mind nerve losing game. So please need help to nice and feast turn off option course its now on asking PUK after tapping twice become correct and on repeating uncorrect HELP HELP
