windows 10 home insider preview 14352, Im experiencing a loss of packets

I have tried many router config. but it seems to be fine, because on my other notebook isn't any packet loss - it is running on windows 7
But since I transfered to insider preview, I have these problems. Please help.
Here is a picture from PingPlotter5 - I launched an online game called diep.io to test it and after about 5 minutes it disconnects and about 20-30sec after that the internet started again.
