How can I get the new build, that was released recently?

The phone is on build 14332, there have been several new builds released, yet I have not received them. I switched back and forth
from Fast Ring to Slow Ring and check daily. The phone doesn't show the Preview ring. The Store was updated this morning now
it attempts to open, then closes right away. I believe the Store app
is created for a different build, which my phone doesn't have.
