Why am I unable to download ucbrowser, metrofilemanager,picsart?

unable to download ucbrowser, metrofilemanager,picsart

i have installed ucbrowser, metrofilemanager,picsart once before but accidentally they have being uninstalled by my small nephew. now when i have tried to install them its unable to finalize & restore data while installing what should i do

Hi, is this on a PC or Phone?

try changing storage location to internal and try again
