Just bought a new BLU win jr phone and its not charging or turning on,is there anyway to fix it.

I've had it on charge for a few hours now and it doesn't say it's charging. I try to turn it on but nothing happens,what do I do?

I'd contact the seller. Sounds like a defect and they should make it right for you.
