Whatswin for Whatsapp- I have downloaded the app on win 10

The app with whatsapp and it worked for about 1 month then suddenly the app do not want to start up again. - paid the fee - activated it

I have uninstall and reinstall, checked all firewall settings. Not working. when activating the app it starts up untill it gets to the white screen and then it hangs there. I was using it when the app just stop and that was the last. I rebooted the laptop but nothing.

Is there something I missed.
