I got a call from 584163 telling me that windows 10 is not working and he wanted to take over my computer and fix. He would not give me a phone number to call back. I have no problems, and I have a computer guy if something is wrong.

It is ALWAYS a SCAM no matter how they contact you.

Windows does NOT have crews of people calling/texting/throwing popups at users to alert them of problems..
