my daughter cannot remember her passcode for her nokia 535 phone . how do i unlock

we can see text and emails but over the top comes passcode enter now but passcode she has does not work

HI, if you have 'find my phone' enabled then you can reset the passcode remotely.
If not, then you will need to reset the phone, either a hard reset using the key combination or via the 'Windows Device Recovery Tool'.
