is this for windows mobile? I don't think you can - though you can check in settings > speech/inking > stop getting to know me

Uncheck "Suggest text". Go to Settings --> Time & language" --> Keyboard, there you'll find installed Keyboard(s) with a "tap to change" underneath. Tap it and first option is "Suggest text".
