Why is my computer crashing?

Since I have updated to Windows 10, my computers crashed 2x or more a week. I use this computer heavily for work and it runs for days straight.

since upgrading, did you check for updates for the OS? If all is up to date, try getting error logs

I would look into the "sfc /scannow" command incase some system stuff broke in the upgrade.
