windows logo is blinking while in charging .and my phone is not switch on please give me a solution.and i hold the volume down button and power button but it no use

You must do the soft reset without charger in. Hold keys 15 secs

if you can remove the battery, do that and then put it back in and try - let it also sit on the charger for a couple of hours
