Lumia 640 XL Dual Sim yellow spot

Hi,
i am here to ask everyone who experienced the problem with yellow spot in the upper right hand corner of your display. I already found out that only way to get rid of it, is to replace whole display panel....But what version of system did u have while this spot first appeared?

I have that as well! I have a unlocked 640XL that I bought from the MS Store but its only noticeable sometimes.
