health app on wp10 isnt stable

whenever i try to check my sleep the app closes. when i check my training session activity, the app freezes, when i check my cycling, the app freezes. all of this works if i check my statistics on the pc-version of health but not on my phone.

are you able to reinstall the health app on the phone? Which OS are you on?

i have not tried to reinstall the app on my phone yet since i dont want to risk losing my statistics.
im using windows phone 10 version: 10.0.10586.420

then wait for an update - by the way, can you check to see if the health app is part of the apps whose data gets backed up?
