Windows Central Question

I can't sign in. Can't create a new account because it says my e-mail is already registered

I cannot sign in. When I check to confirm that my password is correct it says there is no account with my e-mail address. When I try to create an account it says there is already an account with that e-mail address??

Try a restart first to see if that can clear the issue
