Cant shown my sent images to others nor can't see received images at imo

I am using Nokia lumia 1030 (xl). However while using imo, send and received images are not shown.

check the settings within the app if there is anything to do with autodownload of photos - also, try reinstalling the app
And check your phone model again - either it's the 640xl or 950xl, surely not 1030 xl
