Data doesn't work

I have enable data connection but it doesn't work.When I have it enabled I go to Microsoft edge and it says I am disconnected.Windows 10 mobile

First thing I'd do is go to my service provider and ask for a new sim card. I had a similar experience not long ago, and the new sim fixed it.

can you connect to anything else like store or whatsapp?

I had the same problem. The way I fixed it was by doing a hard reset (THIS WILL ERASE EVERYTHING YOU HAVE ON YOUR PHONE) I went to settings-system-about and scroll down to reset phone. It worked for me just make sure you do a backup before you do this.
