Win10 laptop first screen when turned on...

Heello, WC members, and have a good day!
I am facing this problem and can't find answers to it so I want your true help!
When you turn on the computer , you get a first screen, probably the wallpaper with icons on it. Well, I want this to be popped up first, but instead it gives out the tile screen. (the one first introduced in win8) (it says it is the tablet-mode). I always toggle off tablet mode tile in the notification centre and turn it off but when I turn on again same... The tab mode is on...

How can I change this?

try in settings > system >tablet mode> check the settings

Yes. I changed the default screen when booted up!
