I've tried every fix I'm capable of doing that I found online. Nothing works. Do I REALLY have to remove every freakin' photo I have on this new laptop to keep Windows from changing my wallpaper?

    Welcome!

If this is Windows 10 right click on the desktop-select "personalization" from the drop down-look to left edge of the screen where it shows "background"
    Select anything other than "Slideshow"

Good luck and please feel free to join us a regular user here at Windows Central.
