no audio from speakers and headphones

i tried to update the driver, update bios but nothing helped me.
but the hardware is fine as at boot time test of audio it was passed.
kindly solve this issue, because its an software issue not hardware, please help me guys

Did you checked Devices list and Audio sections in control panel? Are you sure your audio is enabled, vol is unmuted, and software installed? (no red or yellow marks on devices list)
