I tried the PIN 5 times (just for fun) and now reset don't work!

I need a real help here.
My Windows 10 Mobile device... Just got blocked for security things.
One screen told me to plug a charger for at least 2 hours, then reset.
Now it passed 24 hours (plugged in) and it still don't work.

You need to reset through your Microsoft account on an internet browser. Go to Find My Phone and lock it with a new PIN.

go here https://account.microsoft.com/devices as was suggested, select find my phone > lock phone - this will lock your device with the new key that you've given and then you can unlock with that new key which overrides the old one
