    I'm just wondering if anyone else is having issues with Spotify on their phones. It started off as not being able to load, so I restarted my phone, then I had to reinstall the app, then it now loads but won't play any tracks I've saved for offline play. Please offer any assistance. I have a Lumia 950xl on the T-mobile network.

    is it on sd storage? Can you move it to internal?

    Spotify was working fine on my Lumia 950XL, but after last OS upgrade to 10586.545 on production build the app stopped working totally. I get an error message: The audio could not be started. Please restart the application. Restarting doesnt help. Reinstalled Spotify app but still have the same problem. Anyone else have this problem? Does hard reset help?

    Spotify is working fine again. Didn't do anything with my phone it just works again ๐Ÿ˜†. Maybe some kind of server problem?

    as a general rule about apps that stop working - wait for a day and try again, reinstall them or move to internal storage :-)
