    I need to upload photos from my android phone to my desktop. That's about oit . I don't have any photoshop type programs on this machine.

    Plug the device in via USB then transfer photos to the location of your choice using Windows explorer.

    if you don't want to use a USB cable, you can use onedrive app to backup your photos and then open them on pc using the same onedrive account
