Windows Central Question

I tried running System backup to an external drive and ran out of disc space. I had to cancel the program. Now when I went to find the file on the external to free up the disc space I can not see it, using File Explorer. There is one file shown for that date and it is shown as 0 bytes. What is it and how can I get rid of It?

go back the program you used to create the backup and see if there's an option to delete backups or stop using that drive for backup
