Turn off requirement to sign in every time on home PC

Since the update I cannot turn off the requirement to sign in every time I 'wake up' my computer. How do I turn off the requirement to sign into my home desktop every time? it is annoying. Help! I have tried the RUN, 'netplwiz' etc that worked before yet it does not help now.

go to settings > accounts > sign in options - you can change the log in time to a few minutes to never
