Why does microsoft release upsupported new software

1 year old Alienware has had software issues for over 6 months now What support is that

What kind of software issues? If you have an OEM built computer it's Dell's responsibility to make sure the computer get's the correct updates for their hardware when an updated OS is released. This is the reason my 2012 Sony Vaio is obsolete because it crashes constantly because Sony isn't going to release a new video driver for their AMD/Intel multi-card for Win 10. You should be talking with Dell/Alienware support to get your issues resolved.

I agree on what has been mentioned above. You could share the issues with us so we can try to help you solve them

there a number of solutions that can be tried like doing a clean install, updating drivers, updating apps and programs, updating OS, doing a scan etc

AMD took it on themselves to create universal intel/ AMD drivers have you used the amd website and download the latest? Can you also provide us the two card types as amd 5000 and below is not supported by win 10, on certain drivers
