How to stop windows 10 from keep restarting?

My computer keeps says your Pc ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some errror info and then you can restart. No matter what I do it keeps doing it and I can not log in to my computer. Please help.

specifically what error are you encountering? what does it say on that error screen?
