How to boot a windows 10 disk with a formatted win 8.1 drive

Hi
I was installing win 10 and i formatted my windows drive and the windows gave me an error and i had to change some thing in bios.i did that but now i couldn't boot my window 10 disk.
Please help.

so the pc does not go past the bios stage?

I think you've to change your second Boot Device as CD ROM (IF YOU HAVE DVD COPY OF OS) and changed (first boot device) to HDD.
