    No problem at all. The most that will happen is that you'll get an odd web page. It might attempt to install malware or be a phishing attempt.

    Malware won't install in Windows Mobile. Just close the web site, you'll be fine.

    Has anything odd happened since you pressed the link as in randomly rebooting at link press?

    Most likely no, nothing will happen as unlike Android where it's an open platform with a layer of patches ontop of patches, apps are sandboxed on WM10 from the ground up.
