Windows store and MS apps not updating

I was running win 10 mobile 10586.494 and having issues with phone freezing. I did a device recovery to 8.1. Then did insider and my phone went to 10586.107, all MS apps including store were old versions from the .107 release. The next day my phone updated to 10586.545 46 apps updated but the store, outlook mail, outlook calendar and office apps. did not update to current versions. I waited four days and decided to do a hard reset. Same thing about 46 apps updated but all MS apps including store mail calendar etc. are still at old versions.

How do I force the phone to bring all installed apps including store to update?

same issue is faced by a lot of users, no current solution is available , even i face the similar situation where i cant update my store app which is an old version. you can follow the discussion here
