I have two identical icons for phone app.

i have two identical icons of phone application.
Both opened phone calls, but if I pin both , one of them shows Telus (my provider), and another "Phone off". How i can get rid of one in apps list?

what phone do you have? is it dual sim (i'm assuming it is)

Open either Phone app, lower right corner, "..." and "Merge Tiles"

You can do the same thing with the messaging app.

Thanks for replies, but it's single sim phone, Lumia 830.
And I don't have option "merge".

Well, then you have a really rare case of an annoying problem that I'm not sure how to fix other than hard resetting, though that's up to you, or just live with the fact that your phone is different, heh.

that used to happen due to a bad update process. It might clear up with the next update
What OS version are you on? And which device?
