How to remove an app on Window 10 mobile

How to remove an app on Window 10 mobile e.g. OneNote

OneNote is a system app and to my knowledge it can't be removed. One of the ways to remove any other app that is not a system app is to go to app list, press and hold the app you want to uninstall and then select uninstall in the menu that appears.

that one cannot be removed - if it does nothing, let it be.
