Can I upgrade to Windows 10 after factory downgrade to Windows 7?

I just ordered a new laptop from Lenovo. I got a great deal because it was a preconfigured version from an overstock. It has a Windows 10 Pro lisence but was downgraded to Windows 7 Pro by the manufacturer (Lenovo). I would like to upgrade back to Windows 10. Would this be possible?
